History of Positive Generation in Christ, Inc.
Positive Generation in Christ Inc., a nonprofit 501 © (3) organization was founded in 1992 for the purpose of assisting the homeless people of Edgecombe County. Since Hurricane Floyd, we have helped over 1000 families. The organization has been providing counseling sessions and offering referrals with the goal of helping the people of this county to become productive citizens again.
Positive Generation in Christ, Inc. has also been instrumental in providing motivational literature, workshops and words of encouragement to occupants in Edgecombe jails. This center will provide tutoring and educational enrichment for after-school programs to improve the quality of life for children and families.
